An organised stay so that your choir can focus on singing
Organising a choral trip requires time, coordination and reliability. For this reason Voces en el Pirineo offers participation in the festival as an accompanied experience, with the main services grouped into participation packages.
The organisation will facilitate the logistics of the stay so that each choir can focus on what matters most: singing, sharing time together, discovering the area and enjoying the journey.
Logistical coordination will be carried out through the travel agency Pyrénées Connexion.
What the packages include
The participation packages include:
- Accommodation on a half-board basis.
- Internal transfers to the performances.
- Welcome event.
- Festival logistical coordination.
- Operational support during the stay.
- Transfer from Barcelona Airport to the Benasque Valley for choir members.
What the packages do not include
The package price does not include:
- Flights.
- Meals and drinks not included in the half-board arrangement.
- Personal expenses.
- Travel insurance.
- Services not expressly indicated as included.
- Morning activities and visits.
Additional activities
During the mornings, optional activities will be proposed to discover the area, its heritage, landscape and culture.
These experiences may include heritage visits, hiking and cultural activities, and gastronomic tastings. They will be confirmed in the final programme and may be booked as an addition to the participation packages.
Transfer from Barcelona
The organisation will make a transfer service available to choirs from Barcelona Airport to the Benasque Valley.
In the event of arrival at another airport, assistance will be provided in arranging access to the Benasque Valley.
Choir members have the Barcelona Airport – Benasque Valley transfer included. Accompanying persons will have a supplement of €50, including the return journey. 50 €, ida y vuelta incluidos.
